Cancellation and Refund Policy:

At Moving Abroad Online, we are committed to providing you with exceptional services, and we want to ensure clarity regarding our cancellation and refund processes. Please review the following policies:

Refund Policy:

We offer a refund for the most recent month’s billing cycle of your monthly membership. To request a refund, please email refund@members.movingabroadonline.com within 30 days of your billing date. Refunds will be processed for any reason, and we appreciate your feedback to help us improve our services.

Service-Specific Refund Guidelines:

  • Coaching Services:

    • Coaching sessions may be rescheduled up to twice before the session is canceled. After two reschedules, if the session is not completed, the client forfeits the session and the associated fees.
  • Resume Services:

    • Resume services are refundable up to 35% of the total cost if requested within 7 days of receiving the final resume. To initiate a refund, please contact us at refund@members.movingabroadonline.com within the specified time frame.
  • Consultations:

    • Consultations, whether in-person or virtual, may be rescheduled up to twice before the session is canceled. After two reschedules, if the consultation is not completed, the client forfeits the session and the associated fees.
